What we collect

If you write to us, we keep your name, email, telephone if given, and the content of your note. The site may set a small preference cookie when you accept the cookie notice. We do not run advertising pixels.

Why

To reply, to provide acquisition, management or hosting services you ask for, and to keep records we are required to keep.

With whom

Professional advisers (solicitors, surveyors) when a matter requires it, and processors who host email. We do not sell lists.

How long, and your rights

Enquiry notes are kept as long as a matter is live and for a reasonable period after. You may ask for a copy, a correction, or deletion where the law allows. Write to enquiries@cotswoldluxuryproperty.com.
